What a fantastic stay! The SkySpa was such a highlight, especially relaxing in the women’s outdoor onsen with stunning river views. The corner room was spacious and the soft beds were a delightful change. We enjoyed our morning coffee while soaking in the scenery from the window seats. The staff were super helpful, assisting with everything from luggage to local dining tips. Plus, being right by the train station made it easy to explore the area!

The room was cozy and well-equipped with essentials like a shower, hair dryer, and a bidet. the hotel's location next to the train station was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. It was perfect for purchasing the Nankai 2-day pass.

The hotel is modern and new. the staff is amicable and always helpful. the decoration in the building and rooms is great. the feather pillows and bed are exceptionally comfortable. the hotel is located in a marvellous and comfy setting in a busy area, close to a train station, footbridge, and municipal library.

Spacious rooms with a nice couch for relaxation, comfortable twin beds, and a good spa on the top floor. Conveniently located near the train station and markets, next to a Starbucks and a large library. Friendly and helpful Japanese staff, spotless and clean facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel - the location was unbeatable as it is just a minute away from the station, bus interchange, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel staff was amazing - they were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The cleanliness of the hotel was spotless and our room was in an excellent location. The breakfast served was delicious - with options to cater to everyone's taste.

The hotel had a nice view of the river and the mountains surrounding the area. The breakfast was a little pricey, but the coffee and cocoa were worth it. The location was convenient, with several restaurants and cafes nearby.

Despite staying in late December, the air-conditioning was not cool enough and the room felt stuffy. , there was no shopping or sightseeing places nearby, which made it hard to find entertainment during our stay.

We had a wonderful New Year's stay and loved the large and modern rooms with excellent views of the river and mountains. the staff were helpful and friendly, and we even got to try an aromatic shampoo that was sold on-site. Best aspects were the convenient location with easy access to transportation, a 7-Eleven, and a tonkatsu restaurant just a few minutes' walk away. the included breakfast, although a little pricey, was definitely worth it for the stunning ambiance and service.

There were limited options for shopping, sightseeing, and eating in the immediate vicinity, and we had to travel a bit to find good options. Some lockers were broken in the men's onsen, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel's location near the train station and restaurants is fantastic. the staff provides exceptional customer service and the rooms are spacious, clean, and decorated tastefully. the public hot pools offer a relaxing experience and the aromatic shampoo is a great touch.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better - just a stone's throw away from the train station, with plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. We were thrilled to discover a grill meat restaurant nearby that served delicious and affordable food. The hotel itself was exquisite, with spacious rooms that had large windows offering breathtaking views of the city. The room facilities were top-notch, and the tasteful interior design added to the overall ambiance. The staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful, always ready to assist us. We also loved the convenience of having an attached cafe where we could enjoy a delicious breakfast. The highlight was definitely the onsen located on the top floor, where we could relax and soak while enjoying the panoramic city views. Parking was a breeze, thanks to the parking lot attached to the hotel.

We can't recommend this hotel enough! Whether it's the comfortable and spacious rooms, the impeccable cleanliness, the superb location, or the enhanced comfort provided, this place has it all.
